Southern Light Counseling

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both clinical and nonclinical settings. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy techniques, and trauma-informed therapy. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life, and I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where my clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am particularly interested in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. I also have experience working with couples and families.
